Thank You Card for Customers

Write a short thank you, add your logo and a QR code, and print four cards on one sheet. One goes in every package, where each customer sees it.

Ready messages

A short first line prints bigger, as the headline. Up to 220 characters: the text shrinks to fit the card.

The QR code opens

Ask every customer the same way and never offer anything in exchange for a review. Google's review policy forbids both picking who gets asked and paying for reviews in any form.

Write a message to see your card.

In the print window choose scale 100% (not "fit to page") and margins "none", so every size comes out exact.

Make the code on the card work harder

  1. Do not have your review link yet?

The Google Review QR tool turns your Place ID or your Google Business Profile link into the direct "write a review" link. Test it there, then paste it here.

Find your review link and make its QR
  2. One page for all your links

With VISU Link you get one page at visu.to/yourname with your shop, WhatsApp, Instagram and anything else. Print that address on the card and it never goes out of date: you change the links on the page, not on the card.

  3. Print once, change the destination later

A printed code cannot be edited. A dynamic VISU QR points to a short VISU link, you choose where it goes, and VISU shows how many times the code was scanned. Create it, then paste the short link (visu.to/q/...) under "Other link".

How to use it

  1. Type your business name, choose the type of business and click a ready message. Then edit the text until it sounds like you.
  2. Sign the card and choose what the QR code opens: your Google review link, Instagram, VISU Link or another link.
  3. Pick the orientation, the style, the font and the colour. Add your logo if you have one.
  4. Check the line under the preview: it says how wide the code prints and from how far it scans.
  5. Print at 100% scale with no margins on card stock, cut along the dashed lines and put one card in every order.

Examples

  • Bakery box

A portrait card with "Baked fresh today" and a code for the Google review link, tucked under the ribbon of every box.

  • Online clothing shop

A landscape card with a care tip, the Instagram @ and a signature, one in every parcel.

  • Handmade studio

A bordered card signed by hand, with a VISU Link code that opens the shop, WhatsApp and the new pieces.

Questions

What size is the card and how many print per sheet?

Each card is a quarter of the sheet: A6 (105 x 148.5 mm) on A4 or a quarter letter (4.25 x 5.5 in) on Letter. Four print on one sheet with dashed cut lines, and you can also print one or two. You choose portrait or landscape.

Which paper should I use?

Card stock between 180 and 300 g/m² feels like a real card and does not curl inside the package. Matte or uncoated paper is safer than glossy: glare can stop a camera from reading the code, and a pen writes better on it if you sign by hand.

How small can the QR code be?

The code itself should never be under 2 cm. A good rule is one tenth of the scanning distance: a card is read in the hand, at 20 to 30 cm, so a code of 2 to 3 cm is right. A long link makes a denser code that has to be read from closer: the line under the preview shows the printed width and the distance for your link.

Can I ask for a Google review on the card?

Yes. Put the card in every order and ask every customer the same way. Do not offer anything in exchange for a review and do not pick who gets asked: Google's review policy forbids both, and reviews that break it can be removed.

Can I change the link after printing?

Not with a normal code: the link is written into it. There are two ways around it. Point the card at your VISU Link page (visu.to/yourname) and change the links there, or use a dynamic VISU QR, which has an editable destination and a scan count.

Is what I type or my logo sent anywhere?

No. The card is drawn in your browser. The name, the message, the link and the logo never leave this page.

Can I send the file to a print shop?

Yes. Download the PNG: it is one card at 300 DPI and carries its physical size, so it opens at the right dimensions. Ask the shop to print it on card stock and trim it to size.

Is this tool connected to Google or Instagram?

No. It is an independent tool by VISU, not affiliated with Google or Instagram. It only writes the link you give it into a QR code.
