Is the free plan really free? What are the limits?

Yes, free forever with no credit card required. The free plan includes 1 VisuLink, 5 links plus 5 social links, 3 VISU QR codes (your 2 automatic profile QRs count toward them), 2 dynamic QR codes and 7-day analytics. The only visible limitation is the VISU branding footer on your page.

What is VISU Local and do I need it?

VISU Local is an optional feature. Every plan includes one VISU Local listing. Additional listings can be evaluated by proposal, for Pro or Premium accounts, with extra pages created by the VISU team. It gives your business a public listing with your address, opening hours and phone, where you publish posts with an end date and members leave reviews. If you have a physical location (a store, restaurant, studio, or venue) VISU Local is the feature that sets VISU Link apart from any other bio link tool.

What happens to my VISU Local listing if I cancel or downgrade?

Your listing stays published. Nothing is put on hold or archived when you cancel or downgrade.

What's the difference between a standard campaign and a custom campaign?

A standard campaign is a promotion our team publishes for you as a post, with the offer you give us. A custom campaign is built for your business, with your visual identity and your own flow. Both are services delivered by our team and quoted by proposal.

Can I manage multiple clients or brands on one account?

Every plan includes 1 VisuLink at visu.to/yourname. If your brand needs several units or locations, extra pages are available through the VISU Page Add-on, set up by our team. Talk to us for details.

Do I need a developer to set everything up?

No. VISU Link is designed for non-technical users. Create your bio link, activate VISU Local, and launch a campaign entirely from the app or the web panel at visu.to. No code, no plugins, no developer needed.

How does ad monetization work?

On any plan you can switch on sponsored ads for your page. VISU chooses the ad, and when one is available visitors see it full screen before the page opens. You can turn monetization on or off at any time.
