Is the free plan really free?
Yes, free forever with no credit card required. The free plan includes unlimited links, basic themes, a QR code, and 7-day analytics. You can earn with native ads and keep 30% of the CPM revenue. The only visible limitation is the VISU branding footer on your page and the forced pre-roll ad on your links.
What are $VISU credits and how do they work?
Starter, Pro, and Premium subscribers receive monthly credits equivalent to their plan value. These credits are converted to $VISU at the market price on the day of your billing cycle and deposited into your wallet. You can use them to create ad campaigns, buy boosts, or accumulate. The credit amount is recalculated each month based on the current exchange rate. This promotion is available until December 31, 2026.
What is VISU Local?
VISU Local is a feature included in the Pro plan. It adds your business to a live discovery map where users find active offers nearby. You set your hours, photos, and campaigns. Your pin only appears when you have an active campaign, keeping the map trustworthy. No SEO needed, no reviews to chase.
How does ad monetization work?
There are two layers: a pre-roll ad that appears before your VISU Link loads (skippable, revenue share from 5% to 10% depending on tier), and a banner in the footer of your page (CPM share from 30% to 50%). On the Free plan both are active by default. From Starter up, you control whether to keep or remove each one. Revenue share applies to all your QR codes running ads, not just VISU Link.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard at visu.to/accounts/my-plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
What happens to my VISU Local listing if I downgrade?
Your listing is put on hold for 30 days. If you reactivate within that period, everything is restored. After 30 days the listing is archived. Your data is never deleted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. In Brazil, we also accept Pix for BRL payments. Annual plans receive a 20% discount.
Can I manage multiple brands on one account?
Yes. The Premium and Agency plan supports VISU Link profiles, each with its own VISU Local listing. For agencies managing more than 3 brands, contact us for a custom enterprise plan.
