How many links can I add to my page?
It depends on your plan. Free includes 5 links plus 5 social links. Starter includes 10 links plus 10 social links. Pro includes 20 links plus 20 social links. Premium has no limit on links or social links. Links you already published stay online if you move to a smaller plan; only adding new ones is blocked while you are at the limit.
What are VISU Credits and how do they work?
Get 100% of your subscription value in VISU Credits to use on eligible VISU services. VISU Credits are in-app only: they are not withdrawable and are not converted to money. Valid for payments made through Dec 31, 2026.
What is VISU Local?
VISU Local adds your business to a live discovery map where people find what is nearby. Every plan includes 1 basic listing. Pro and Premium can add more listings. You set your hours, photos and campaigns, and it is entirely opt-in.
How does ad monetization work?
Paid plans from Starter up can run their own ad campaigns on their QR codes: 1 active campaign on Starter, up to 5 on Pro and up to 20 on Premium. On the free plan the VISU branding footer stays on your page; from Starter up you can remove it. QR code owners also earn a rewards multiplier on their own QR, from 1x on free up to 2x on Premium.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard at visu.to/accounts/my-plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
What happens to my VISU Local listing if I downgrade?
Your listing is put on hold for 30 days. If you reactivate within that period, everything is restored. After 30 days the listing is archived. Your data is never deleted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. In Brazil, we also accept Pix for BRL payments. Annual plans receive up to 22% off.
Can I have more than one page?
Each plan includes 1 VisuLink at visu.to/yourname. If your brand needs several units or locations, extra pages are available through the VISU Page Add-on, set up by our team. Talk to us for details.
