Minesweeper: clear the field without hitting a mine
puzzle Open squares and use the numbers to work out where the mines are hidden. The first click is always safe, so every game starts with real logic instead of luck. Free, no download, no sign-up.
How to play
- Pick Easy, Medium or Hard at the top.
- Tap or click a square to open it. A number shows how many mines touch that square.
- Long-press on a phone (or right-click on a computer) to place a flag on a square you think hides a mine.
- Open every safe square to win. Hit a mine and the round ends; tap the face to try again.
Questions
Is the first click safe?
Yes. The mines are placed after your first click, so it never hits one.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The board fits phone screens and responds to taps, and it also works with a mouse on a computer.
What does the counter at the top show?
The mines left to flag on the left and the elapsed time on the right.
