Lights Out: switch every light off

puzzle Tapping a light toggles it and the four lights next to it. Find the right sequence of taps to turn the whole board dark. Free, no download, no sign-up.

How to play

  1. Pick a board size (3x3, 5x5 or 7x7) and press Start.
  2. Tap a light to flip it together with its neighbors above, below, left and right.
  3. Turn every light off to solve the board. Try to match the par move count.
  4. Use Undo to step back or Restart to reset the same board; New gives a fresh one.

Questions

Is every board solvable?

Yes. Each board is generated so that a solution exists.

What is par?

The target number of moves for that board. Matching it earns the most stars.

Is it free?

Yes. It runs in your browser with no download and no account.
