QR codes for events: one per booth, with scan counts
The VISU team sets up one event page and one QR code for each booth. Visitors scan with the phone camera. At the end you receive a report with the number of scans of every booth.

Included
- One event page on visu.to with the program, the map and one link per booth.
- One dynamic QR code per booth, up to the number of booths agreed in the quote.
- Print files for every code. A booth link can change during the event without a new print.
- Setup by the VISU team.
- A report at the end with the scan count of each booth.
Not included
- No verified passport: VISU does not confirm that a visitor went to every booth.
- No automatic prize draw.
- No visitor identification and no lead capture. The counts are anonymous totals, not unique visitors.
What you provide
- The booth list and the link each booth should open.
- The program, the map and the logo for the event page.
- Approval of the page and the codes before printing.
- Printing and placing the codes at the booths.
- If you run a prize draw: its rules and the participant data. That part is your responsibility.

Before you ask for a pilot.
Do visitors need an app?
No. The phone camera reads the code and opens the booth link.
Can you tell me who visited each booth?
No. You get the number of scans of each booth. VISU does not identify visitors and does not collect their contact details.
Can I run a prize draw or a QR scavenger hunt?
You can run one yourself. For example, each booth shows a code word, visitors type the words into your own form and you draw from your own list. VISU does not confirm who finished and does not run the draw. The rules and the participant data are your responsibility.
Can a booth link change during the event?
Yes. The link behind a booth code can be changed at any moment and the printed code stays the same.
What does the pilot cost?
The pilot has a fixed scope and is quoted before you start. Send the date and the number of booths and we reply with the quote.
Who prints the codes?
You do. We send the print files.
