How to use it

  1. Type your business name, pick a theme and a ready message, then edit the text until it sounds like you.
  2. Add your logo and colour, choose a headline and sign the card. A QR code to your Google review link or VISU Link is optional.
  3. Choose the format: square, feed or story for WhatsApp and social media, or A6 and A5 to print.
  4. For one client, type the name and download the image or copy the link. For many, paste the list and download the ZIP with one card per name.
  5. Send each card on WhatsApp or by e-mail with the ready text, or print the A6 sheet and sign the cards by hand.

Questions

How do I make one card per client?

Paste the list of names in "One card per client", one per line or as a column copied from a spreadsheet. Keep {name} in the greeting. The ZIP has one image per client, named after the client, and a links file with the card link and the WhatsApp text of each one. Up to 200 names at a time.

What should a Christmas message to clients say?

Thank them for the year, mention something you share (their visits, a project, their trust) and wish them well for the holidays and the new year. Keep it short and sign as the business or the team. The 17 messages on this page are a starting point: edit them so they sound like you.

Can I send a card that is not about Christmas?

Yes. The Neutral theme and the season's greetings messages work for clients of any belief, and the New year theme is for a card sent after Christmas. You can also write your own headline.

What size is the image for WhatsApp?

Square is 1080 x 1080 px, Feed is 1080 x 1350 px (4:5) and Story is 1080 x 1920 px (9:16). All three look sharp on a phone and in an e-mail.

How do I print the cards?

Choose A6 (four per A4 or Letter sheet) or A5 (two per sheet), press Print, choose 100% scale and no margins, and cut along the guides. Card stock of 180 to 300 g/m² feels like a real card.

What does the share link contain?

The theme, the headline, the greeting with the client name, the message and the signature, written into the link itself. Nothing is stored on a server, and the logo is not included. Anyone who has the link can see the card.

Can I remove "Made with VISU"?

Yes. Untick "Show Made with VISU" and the line leaves the preview, the images, the ZIP and the print. It is free and needs no account.

Are my client names sent to VISU?

No. The cards are drawn in your browser. The names, the message and the logo stay on this page; only a share link you create carries the card it shows.
