Write who the tag is for, and after a comma who it is from. Lines with no giver use the name below.
Ready-cut label sheets are listed by the layout they match. Pick plain paper to cut the labels yourself.
Printer alignment
Print one page on plain paper and hold it against the label sheet up to the light. If every label is off by the same amount, move it here (negative values move left or up).
Everything is made in this browser. Names, messages and links are not sent to VISU or stored.
Preview
Type the names, or fill the form with the example, to see the tags.
In the print window choose scale 100% (not "fit to page"). Card stock of 160 to 250 g/m² makes sturdy tags; punch the hole where the circle is.
A tag that opens a video message
A QR code on the tag can open a video, a photo album or a page with a longer note. Put it on a VISU Link page to keep everything in one place, and print a dynamic VISU QR so you can change what it opens after the tags are on the presents. VISU also shows how many times the code was scanned.
Tick the QR option above and type its link first, then create its dynamic QR.

How to use it
- Type one tag per line: who it is for and, after a comma, who it is from. Fill in the From field for the lines without a giver.
- Pick a message from the list or write your own, then choose one of the 8 designs.
- Choose the tag size, or a sheet of sticker labels in the Print on list.
- Go through the tags with Previous and Next. Long names shrink to fit on their own.
- Print at 100% on card stock, cut along the dashed lines and punch the hole for the ribbon.

Wide Kraft paper tags with a QR code that opens a video message for relatives who live abroad.
Questions
How many gift tags fit on a sheet?
It depends on the size and the paper: small tags (45 × 70 mm) print 12 per sheet on A4 and on Letter, medium tags (60 × 90 mm) 9 on A4 and 6 on Letter, and wide tags (90 × 55 mm) 8 on both. The line under the preview tells you how many sheets your list needs.
What paper should I print the tags on?
Card stock of 160 to 250 g/m² (about 65 to 90 lb cover) makes tags that hold a ribbon. Plain paper works if you glue it to card or use it as stickers. Print at 100% scale so the hole and the cut line land where they should.
Can I print them as stickers?
Yes. Pick a sheet of sticker labels in the Print on list: the tags become rectangles of that label size, without the hole, ready to peel and stick on wrapping paper. VISU is not affiliated with any label maker: the codes only name the layout.
Can I write my own message?
Yes. Choose Write my own in the message list and type it, up to 90 characters, or pick No message for a clean tag with just the names.
What does the QR code do?
It opens the link you type: a video, a photo album or a page with a longer note. It fits on the wide tags at a size phones read. It is a static code, so the link cannot change after printing; a dynamic VISU QR can.
Are the names sent anywhere?
No. The tags are drawn in your browser. Names, messages and links are not sent to VISU or stored, and closing the page clears them.
