Ready-cut label sheets are listed by the layout they match. Pick plain paper to cut the labels yourself.
Printer alignment
Print one page on plain paper and hold it against the label sheet up to the light. If every label is off by the same amount, move it here (negative values move left or up).
Everything is made in this browser. Your child's name, class and school are not sent to VISU or stored.
Preview
Type a name, or fill the form with the example, to see the labels.
In the print window choose scale 100% (not "fit to page"). Sticker paper (adhesive A4 or Letter) is the easiest; a strip of clear tape over the label keeps it from rubbing off.

Questions
What is on the kit sheet?
Three sizes on one page: 6 notebook labels of 90 × 40 mm, 9 medium labels of 62 × 28 mm for books, folders and lunch boxes, and thin pencil labels of 45 × 12 mm, 16 on A4 and 12 on Letter. You can also fill a whole sheet with one size instead.
What paper should I use?
Sticker paper (adhesive A4 or Letter, matte or glossy) is the easiest: print, cut along the dashed lines and peel. On plain paper, glue the labels or cover them with clear tape. Print at 100% scale so the sizes come out exact.
Can I print on ready-cut label sheets?
Yes. Pick your sheet in the Print on list and every label takes the size and position of that layout, including small return address labels that work for pencils. Print one page on plain paper first and hold it against the sheet. VISU is not affiliated with any label maker: the codes only name the layout.
How do I make the labels last?
Put a strip of clear tape or self-adhesive film over each label, especially on pencils, water bottles and lunch boxes. Laser printers smudge less than inkjet when the label gets wet.
Can I make labels for two children?
Yes. Print the sheet for one child, then change the name, class and drawing and print again. Each print is a separate sheet.
Is my child's name sent anywhere?
No. The labels are drawn in your browser. The name, class and school you type are not sent to VISU or stored, and closing the page clears them.
