Price Tag Maker
Paste your products with their prices and print a full sheet of price tags in one go. Add the old price to show a sale, pick a style and a colour, and put a QR code on each tag that opens your product page, menu or WhatsApp.

Someone shared this result with you. It was made with Price Tag Maker, free on VISU, no sign-up.
Separate the columns with | or ; or paste from a spreadsheet: name, price, then old price, unit and link if you want them. A line like "Rice 2 lb 3.49" also works.
Ready-cut label sheets are listed by the layout they match. Pick plain paper to cut the labels yourself.
Printer alignment
Print one page on plain paper and hold it against the label sheet up to the light. If every label is off by the same amount, move it here (negative values move left or up).
Everything is made in this browser. Your products, prices and links are not sent to VISU or stored.
Preview
Paste your products, or fill the form with the example, to see the tags.
In the print window choose scale 100% (not "fit to page") and margins "none", so every size comes out exact.
A QR code on the shelf you can change later
Printed tags stay on the shelf for months, while the page behind them changes. With a dynamic VISU QR the code on the tag points to a short VISU link and you choose where it goes: a product page this week, a promotion next week, without reprinting. VISU also shows how many times the code was scanned.
Tick the QR option above and type its link first, then create its dynamic QR.
How to use it
- Paste your products, one per line: name, price and, if you want, the old price, the unit (per lb, each) and a link, separated by | or pasted from a spreadsheet.
- Pick the currency, a style and a colour. Products with an old price above the new one get the old price struck through and a sale badge.
- Choose the tag size for plain paper, or the label sheet you have in the Print on list.
- Tick the QR option and type a link to put a code on every tag, or add a link column for a different link per product.
- Print at 100% scale. On plain paper cut along the crop marks; on label sheets peel and stick.
Examples
Weekend sale at a grocery
Twenty products with old and new prices, Colour block style in red, medium tags cut from Letter paper.
Farmers market stall
Prices per pound and per bunch, Clean style, with a QR code on each tag that opens the stall's WhatsApp for orders.
Gift shop shelves
Shelf band tags on a ready-cut sheet of 2 x 4 in labels, with the shop name on each one.
Questions
How do I write the product list?
One product per line. Separate the columns with a vertical bar (|), a semicolon or a tab: name, price, old price, unit and link, in that order. Only the name and the price are needed. Pasting cells from a spreadsheet works, a first row with column names is recognised, and a line that simply ends in its price, like "Rice 2 lb 3.49", is read too.
How do I show a sale price?
Put the old price after the new one: "Honey 500 g | 8.90 | 10.90". When the old price is higher, the tag strikes it through, prints the new price large and adds a sale badge where it fits.
Can I print on label sheets?
Yes. Pick the sheet in the Print on list: the tags take the exact size and position of that layout, on A4 or Letter. If the sheet is partly used, say how many labels are gone and printing starts after them. Print one page on plain paper first and hold it against the sheet to check the alignment. VISU is not affiliated with any label maker: the codes only name the layout.
What does the QR code on a tag do?
It opens the link you typed: your product page, a menu, a review page or a WhatsApp chat. It is a static code, so it works without an account and forever, but its link cannot change after printing. For a code you can repoint later, use a dynamic VISU QR.
Which currencies can I use?
Real, US dollar, Mexican peso, euro, pound, Argentine, Colombian and Chilean peso and Peruvian sol. Prices are written the way shoppers of that currency read them, for example $3.49 or R$ 5,99. A price typed as text, like "ask us", is printed as typed.
Are my prices sent anywhere?
No. The list is read in your browser and the tags are drawn in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to VISU or stored, and closing the page clears it.
