Someone shared this result with you. It was made with Sign-in Sheet Maker, free on VISU, no sign-up.
Everything is made in this browser. Names, links and the logo are not sent to VISU.
For a class or a course: one column per session. Leave the dates empty to write them by hand.
One per line or a column pasted from a spreadsheet, up to 500. Extra pages are added as needed.
Check-in QR code (optional)

In the print window choose scale 100% (not "fit to page") and margins "none", so every size comes out exact.
What to put on a sign-in sheet
- Ask only for what you will use: a name and a signature are enough for most meetings.
- For an event you will follow up, add email or phone, and tell people why you ask.
- A class needs one column per session; a visitor log needs time in and time out.
- Keep the sheet where people arrive, with a pen, and put the QR code at the top for those who prefer their phone.
Check-in by QR code
Print once, change the link later
A printed code cannot be edited. A dynamic VISU QR points to a short VISU link and you choose where it goes: the form today, the photos of the event tomorrow. VISU shows how many times it was scanned.
Create a dynamic QR on VISUType the check-in link above first.
An event QR code
The event QR tool makes a code that adds the date, time and place to the guest's calendar.

Questions
What should a sign-in sheet include?
A title, the date and place, and the columns you will use: usually number, name and signature. Add email or phone only when you will follow up, a time in and out for a visitor log, or one column per session for a class.
How do I make a sign-in sheet with names already on it?
Paste the list in "Names to pre-print", one per line or a column copied from a spreadsheet. The names fill the Name column in order, the numbers run on, and pages are added when the list is longer than one sheet.
Can people check in with a QR code instead?
Yes. Type the link of your form or event page in "Check-in QR code" and the code goes in the header. People who prefer their phone scan it; the others sign on paper. If the link may change, create a dynamic VISU QR and print that one.
How many rows fit on a page?
Fill the page gives 24 to 26 rows on a portrait Letter or A4 sheet with no QR code. You can choose 10 to 30; fewer rows give more room to write and sign.
Can I get the sheet as a spreadsheet?
Yes. Download CSV gives the same columns as a header row, plus the pre-printed names, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Can I remove "Made with VISU"?
Yes. Untick "Show Made with VISU" before you print or download. It is free and needs no account.
