One name per line. You can also paste the whole list from the group: numbers, emojis and headings are cleaned up, and names under "Goalkeepers" go to the goalkeeper spots.
This page does not sync between phones. One person keeps the list: update it here and send the new message to the group.
Message
The list is full. Is the court ready to show the goals?
VISU Replay puts cameras on the court: the game is recorded on its own and the players get short clips of their plays in the VISU app, ready to send to this same group. If your court does not have it yet, send the Replay page to the owner.
See VISU ReplayHow to use it
- Fill in the game, date, time and place. Set how many outfield players fit, and how many goalkeeper spots (0 if you do not separate them).
- Type the court cost if you split it. The price per head is worked out from who is confirmed right now.
- Add the names in the order people confirmed, or paste the list from the group. Whoever comes after the last spot goes to the waitlist.
- Copy the message or open WhatsApp with it. When someone drops out, delete the name: the first of the waitlist moves up. Send the new message.
Examples
Five-a-side, 10 players and 2 goalkeepers
Court at 120, goalkeepers do not pay: 10 outfield spots, 2 goalkeeper spots, and the message shows 12 each while the list is full.
Padel or pickleball, 4 courts
16 spots, 0 goalkeeper spots. The 17th name goes to the waitlist and moves up when someone cancels.
Picking up the list from the group
Someone added their name by hand in the chat? Paste the latest message in the names box and the tool rebuilds the list from it.
Questions
Does the list update by itself when people reply in the group?
No. This tool does not read your WhatsApp group and does not sync between phones. One person keeps the list: you add or remove names here and send the updated message. That is also why nobody can edit your list behind your back.
How does the waitlist work?
The list is simply the names in order. The first names fill the spots and everyone after that is waiting. Remove someone and the next in line moves up by itself, in the same order they asked to play.
How is the price per head calculated?
The court cost is divided by the players confirmed at this moment, rounded up to the cent so the court is always covered. While there are open spots the message also shows the price with the list full. You can leave goalkeepers out of the split.
Can I continue the list tomorrow?
Yes. Copy "your link to this list" and keep it (send it to yourself). Opening it brings back the game, the names and the price. Each change makes a new link, so save the latest one.
What does the link contain?
Everything you typed: game, date, place, cost, note and all the names, written into the link itself (the part after #). It is not stored on a server. Anyone who gets the link can read it, so keep it to yourself or to the organisers.
Is this an official WhatsApp tool?
No. VISU is not affiliated with WhatsApp. The tool writes a normal text message and uses the public wa.me share link, which opens WhatsApp so you can choose the group.
