Your media kit

Size

Type your name to download the media kit.

For a PDF, choose "Save as PDF" in the print window, paper A4, margins "None", background graphics on.

These numbers are self-reported: this page reads nothing from any network. Keep them equal to your analytics screenshots and send those along, because brands ask for proof.

What goes in a media kit

Who you are, in two sentences

Lead with what you make and who watches. The person reading it decides in the first lines whether to keep going.

Numbers a brand can check

Followers, average views and engagement rate, typed as your analytics show them. Numbers age, so this page prints the month on the kit.

Who is watching

The audience split often decides a deal: the share of women or men, the main age range, the top country or city.

What you offer

List the formats you sell. Rates are optional: many creators send them only after the first reply.

Send one link instead of an attachment

Put your media kit, your best work and your contact on one VISU Link page, at a short visu.to address. When your numbers change you update the page, and the link you already sent stays the same.

How to use it

  1. Type your name, your @, your niche and a short bio. Add a photo if you want: it never leaves your browser.
  2. Fill in your numbers exactly as your analytics show them, and the audience split if you have it.
  3. List the brands you worked with and the services you offer. Rates are optional.
  4. Add your email and your link page, then pick a theme and a colour.
  5. Download the image for chats, or the A4 page as PNG or PDF for email.

Examples

  • First media kit

Name, a two-sentence bio, three numbers (followers, average views, engagement rate) and three services without rates. It fits on the 4:5 image and goes out by direct message.

  • A full page for an agency

Photo, four numbers, the audience split with five lines, six past collaborations and services with rates. Exported as an A4 page and saved as PDF, with the analytics screenshots attached to the same email.

Questions

What is a media kit?

One page that tells a brand who you are, who watches you and what you offer: a short bio, your audience numbers, the brands you worked with, your services and your contact. It is what you send when a brand asks "can you send us your numbers?".

Where do the numbers come from?

From you. This page does not connect to any network and fetches nothing: you type each number and it is printed as typed. That makes them self-reported, so send your analytics screenshots with the kit.

Should I put my rates on it?

It is your choice. Leave a rate empty and only the service is shown. Some creators keep two versions: one without prices for a first contact and one with prices for brands that asked.

Which size should I send?

The 4:5 image (1080 x 1350) reads well in a chat or a direct message. The A4 page (2480 x 3508 pixels, print quality) is the one to attach to an email, as PNG or as a PDF made with the print button.

How do I get a PDF?

Click "Print or save as PDF". In the print window choose "Save as PDF" as the printer, paper A4, margins "None", and switch background graphics on so the colours are kept.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. The photo is opened and drawn in your browser. It is not uploaded or stored, and the same goes for everything you type.

How often should I update it?

Whenever your numbers change enough to matter. The kit prints the month it was made, so an old one is easy to spot. Making a new one takes a couple of minutes.
