Influencer Rate Calculator

Turn your prices into something you can send. Type what you charge for a feed post, a Reel, a story set or a video integration, set the quantities, and get a rate card image and a quote in text. If you price by views, work out a rate from your own CPM. The prices are yours: nothing here suggests what to charge.

How the calculator works

The formula

Each line is your rate times the quantity. The subtotal is the sum of the lines. A package discount is a percentage of the subtotal, and the total is the subtotal minus the discount. Amounts are rounded to cents line by line, so the lines always add up to the total.

A rate from your CPM

If you price by views, rate = average views ÷ 1,000 × CPM. The CPM here is the price you set per 1,000 views of your own content, and the average views are yours too, taken from your insights for that format.

Why there is no suggested price

What a creator charges depends on the niche, the audience, the production work and what the brand gets to do with the content. Published price tables disagree with each other, so this page ships none. You type the price and the calculator does the arithmetic.

What a rate does not cover

A rate is the price of making and posting the content. Usage rights, paid ads usage, exclusivity and rush delivery are usually priced on top. The UGC rate calculator on this site itemises those add-ons.

How to use it

  1. Choose your currency and, if you want it on the card, type your handle.
  2. Type what you charge for one piece of each deliverable you offer. Leave the others empty.
  3. Set the quantities for this deal and, if you give one, a package discount.
  4. Pick what the card shows, your rates or this quote, then download the card or copy the quote text.

Examples

  • A three-piece package

Made-up prices to show the arithmetic: 2 Reels at $500 each, 1 story set at $200 and 1 feed post at $300 add up to $1,500. With a 10% package discount the discount is $150 and the total is $1,350.

  • A rate from your CPM

Made-up numbers again: if your Reels average 40,000 views and you charge a CPM of $25, the rate is 40,000 ÷ 1,000 × 25 = $1,000 per Reel.

Questions

How do I calculate my rate as an influencer?

There are two common ways. One is a fixed price per deliverable that you set from your costs and your experience. The other is by views: your average views ÷ 1,000 × the CPM you charge. This calculator does both and never fills in a price for you.

What is CPM for a creator?

CPM is the price per 1,000 views. When a creator prices by CPM, a piece that averages 40,000 views at a CPM of $25 costs 40,000 ÷ 1,000 × 25 = $1,000. Use your own average views, not your follower count: a brand pays for the people who actually see the content.

Does the calculator tell me how much to charge?

No, on purpose. Prices change with niche, country, audience and what is included, and public price tables do not agree with each other. You bring the price. The page turns it into a rate card and a quote.

What is the difference between a rate card and a quote?

A rate card is your price list: what one piece of each deliverable costs. A quote is an offer for one deal: quantities, any discount and a total. The card button gives you either one, and the text is always the quote.

What should I add to a quote besides the price?

Say what each deliverable is, how many, the posting dates, how many rounds of changes are included, how long the brand may reuse the content, any exclusivity, and when and how you get paid. The quote text is plain so you can add those lines before sending.

Should I give a package discount?

That is your call. Some creators discount a bundle to close a bigger deal and others keep the list price. The discount field shows the effect on the total so you can decide with the number in front of you.

Does this page send my prices anywhere?

No. The maths runs in your browser. Your rates, your handle and your CPM are not uploaded, are not added to the page address and are not saved.
