Follower Growth Calculator
See how fast your audience is growing and when you reach the next milestone if the pace holds. Type your followers now and the count from some days ago, or your average gain, then pick a target. You get the growth rate, two projected dates side by side, linear and compound, and a milestone card you can post.

Your growth
Type your count now and either an older count or your average gain.
Both dates are projections of your current pace, not forecasts. Real growth comes in bursts and plateaus.

How the projection works
Growth rate
With two counts, the change is (now − then) ÷ then × 100 over that period, and the daily gain is (now − then) ÷ days. The monthly figures use a month of 365 ÷ 12 days, so they do not jump between short and long months.
Linear projection
It assumes you keep gaining the same number of followers every day: days = (milestone − now) ÷ daily gain. It tends to be the cautious one for an account that is speeding up.
Compound projection
It assumes you keep growing by the same percentage every day, so a bigger account gains more: days = ln(milestone ÷ now) ÷ ln(1 + daily rate). With two counts the daily rate is (now ÷ then) raised to 1 ÷ days, minus 1.
When you type a gain
The gain divided by your current count is the monthly rate, and the daily rate is the one that compounds to it. The linear projection uses the gain as it is.
Why two dates
No formula knows whether next month looks like last month. Showing both makes the assumption visible: the real date depends on what you post, on the platform and on luck, and it can land outside both.
What the page does not do
It does not look up your account, read your handle or pull numbers from any network. You type the counts from your own insights, and the handle only goes on the image.
Give new followers somewhere to go
Every new follower sees the link in your bio. A VISU Link puts your links, offers and contact on one page, with visits and clicks you can see. Free to start.

- Open your insights and note your follower count now and the count from 30, 60 or 90 days ago.
- Type both counts and the number of days between them. If you only know your average gain, switch to that mode.
- Type the milestone you are aiming for, or tap one of the suggested ones.
- Read the growth rate and the two projected dates, then download the milestone card or copy the result.
Examples
From two counts
Made-up numbers to show the arithmetic: 8,000 followers now and 6,500 sixty days ago is +25 a day, about +760 a month, a change of 23.08% in 60 days. A milestone of 10,000 is 80 days away on the linear projection and 65 days away on the compound one.
From an average gain
Made-up numbers again: 45,000 followers and an average gain of 1,500 a month is a growth rate of 3.33% a month. A milestone of 50,000 is 102 days away on the linear projection and 98 days away on the compound one.
Questions
How is follower growth rate calculated?
Subtract the older count from the current one, divide by the older count and multiply by 100. Going from 6,500 to 8,000 followers is (8,000 − 6,500) ÷ 6,500 × 100 = 23.08% for that period. The calculator also turns it into a rate per month so that windows of different lengths can be compared.
What is the difference between the linear and the compound projection?
Linear repeats the same number of new followers every day. Compound repeats the same percentage, so the daily gain grows with the account. For a growing account the compound date comes sooner. Neither is a forecast: they are two ways of extending the pace you typed.
How many days back should I look?
Long enough that one viral post or one quiet week does not decide the result, and short enough that it still describes how you post today. If a spike falls inside your window, try a second window without it and compare the two dates.
Where do I find my follower count from some days ago?
In the analytics of the platform itself. Audience or follower reports usually show the net change for a date range, and the count at the start of the range is the current count minus that change.
What happens if I am losing followers?
The growth figures turn negative and the page says the milestone is not reached at this pace. It never shows a date it cannot justify.
Does this page look up my account?
No. Nothing is fetched from any social network and nothing is looked up from a handle. The counts are the ones you type, the maths runs in your browser, and none of it is uploaded, added to the page address or saved.
Can I post the result?
Yes. The milestone card is a 1080 × 1350 image with the milestone, the projected month and, if you want, your handle and current count. It says it is a projection, so nobody reads it as a promise.
