Group Draw Generator with Pots
Paste your teams pot by pot, choose how many groups and run the draw the way a cup does it: pot 1 first, one team per group, then the next pot. Keep teams from the same club or city apart, show the draw code and send the groups to everyone.

One team per line. A blank line or a line like "Pot 2" starts the next pot. Add a tag in brackets, like [North], to keep teams of the same club, city or country apart.
No teams yet.
The draw runs in your browser. Team names are not uploaded or saved.
Groups
Paste the teams, choose the number of groups and draw. The groups show up here.

The draw code is the proof: the same pots, the same number of groups and the same code always give these groups. A new draw makes a new code.
The link and the address of this page contain the team names. Anyone who gets the link can see them.
Cameras on the court, clips for the players: See VISU Replay
The best point of the night, on video
VISU Replay puts cameras on the court, and the players get the clips of their game to share. Show it to the club where your group plays.
See VISU ReplayHow to use it
- Paste the teams pot by pot: one per line, a blank line or "Pot 2" between pots. Put the strongest teams in pot 1.
- Choose the number of groups. With 4 pots of 4 teams and 4 groups, every group gets one team of each pot.
- Leave "keep teams with the same tag apart" on and add [tags] to teams that should not meet in the group stage.
- Draw. Show the draw code, then download the image, copy the text for the group chat or send the link.
Examples
Amateur league with 16 teams
Four pots by last season's position, four groups: every group gets one strong team, and the seed shows nobody re-drew in secret.
School cup
Tag each team with its class, like [7A], so two teams of the same class never share a group.
Video game tournament
Paste the players in a single pot, choose 3 groups and turn on the matches: each group gets its round robin right away.

Questions
How does a draw with pots work?
Pot 1 is drawn first and each of its teams goes to the next group in order (A, B, C...). Then pot 2 is drawn the same way, and so on. So when every pot has as many teams as there are groups, each group ends up with exactly one team of each pot.
How do I keep teams from the same club or country apart?
Write a tag in brackets after the name, like Lions [North], and leave "keep teams with the same tag apart" on. A team then skips any group that already has its tag. If the pots make that impossible, the page tells you which group still has two teams with the same tag.
What if the number of teams does not divide into the groups?
The draw still works: some groups get one team more than others, and the count above the button says how big they will be. Teams are spread so the bigger groups are not always the first ones.
Is the draw fair? Can it be repeated?
Each draw starts from a code made by your browser's cryptographic generator, and the groups come only from the pots and that code. Opening the link rebuilds the same groups anywhere. Use it for games among friends, leagues and school cups, not for prizes.
Can I get the matches of each group?
Yes. Turn on "show the matches of each group" and every group gets a round robin by round. To track results and the standings, continue in the league table tool.
How many teams and groups fit?
Up to 64 teams in up to 8 pots, and from 2 to 16 groups.
