Flashcard Maker
Paste a list of terms and definitions, or two columns from a spreadsheet, and print flashcards with the fronts and backs lined up for double sided printing. No duplex printer? Choose the fold version. Then study the same deck on screen, or share it as a link.

One card per line: the front, then a colon (or a tab, a semicolon or " - "), then the back. Pasting two columns from a spreadsheet works too. Up to 200 cards.
No cards yet.
Every front sheet is followed by its back sheet. In the print window choose two sided, flip on long edge.
Everything is made in your browser. Your cards are not uploaded or saved.
Flashcards
Type or paste your cards, then press "Make the flashcards".
- Seed
- Made at
The same cards and settings with the same seed always give this order, so the link and the printout match. A new one has a new seed.
In the print window choose scale 100% (not "fit to page") and margins "none", so every size comes out exact.
Study on screen
Tap the card (or press Space) to flip it. "Knew it" puts it aside, "Again" sends it to the back of the pile.

Studying with a group or a class?
Print a dynamic VISU QR on the box of cards or on the board. People scan it to open the page you choose, such as this deck to study on the phone, you can change that destination any time, and you see how many scans it got.

Examples
Vocabulary for a language test
Paste 40 words with their translation, choose 12 per sheet and double sided printing: 4 sheets of paper make 40 cards.
Science terms
Write each term on the front and a one line definition on the back, choose 8 per sheet for larger text, and shuffle the order.
No duplex printer
Choose "One sided, fold in half": each card prints as a strip with the front on the left and the back on the right, ready to fold.

Questions
How do I print double sided flashcards so the backs line up?
Choose double sided and the same flip setting you will use in the print window (long edge is the usual one). Each sheet of fronts is followed by its sheet of backs, mirrored so every back lands behind its front. Print at 100% scale, with no "fit to page".
What if my printer cannot print on both sides?
Choose "One sided, fold in half". Each card prints as a strip with the front on the left and the back on the right. Cut along the dashed lines and fold on the middle line.
Can I paste from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Copy two columns, front and back, and paste them in the box: each row becomes a card. A colon, a semicolon or " - " between the front and the back works too.
How many flashcards can I make?
Up to 200 cards per deck, 8 or 12 per sheet. Long text gets smaller to fit the card, so short definitions read best.
Can I study without printing?
Yes. The study mode under the preview shows one card at a time: flip it, mark "Knew it" or "Again", and the cards you missed come back until you know them all.
What does the share link contain?
Every card, the settings, the title and the seed, written into the link itself (the part after #). Nothing is stored on a server. A very large deck may not fit in a link; then print it or save the pages as PNG.
