Class Schedule Maker

Make a weekly class schedule with your school's real bell times. Type when the first period starts, how long each one lasts and when the breaks are: every time is worked out for you. Each subject gets its own colour, and the timetable prints on one landscape page.

A small line at the foot of the printout. Untick to remove it: free, no account.

To get a PDF, press Print and choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. In the print window choose scale 100% (not "fit to page") and margins "none", so every size comes out exact.

The link carries the bell times and the subjects, never the logo.

      How to use it

      1. Type when the first period starts, how many minutes each lasts, how many periods there are and the passing time between them.
      2. Add the breaks: after which period, how long, and a name such as Lunch. The times of every period are worked out for you.
      3. Type the subjects day by day. The same subject keeps the same colour all week; untick the colours for a plain printout.
      4. Add the student name and a title, then print, save as PDF or download a PNG. With no subjects typed you get a blank timetable to fill in by hand.

      Examples

      • Middle school week

Seven 50 minute periods from 8:00, five minutes between them, lunch after period 4, and a colour per subject for a seventh grader's binder.

      • Teacher's classroom door

The teacher's own week: the classes taught in each period, free periods left blank, printed on Letter for the door.

      • Blank timetable for the class

Bell times only, no subjects: print one copy per student and let them fill it in on the first day.

      Questions

Is this class schedule maker free?

Yes. Make, print, save as PDF and download the PNG for free, with no account and no watermark you cannot remove.

Where do the period times come from?

From the numbers you type: the start of the first period, the length of a period, the passing time and the breaks. Nothing is assumed about your school, so check the times against the school's bell schedule.

Can I make a blank weekly timetable?

Yes. Set the bell times, leave the subjects empty and press Print. Untick "Print the times" for a fully blank grid with numbered periods.

      Can I have Saturday classes?

Yes. Choose Monday to Saturday and a sixth column appears in the form and on the page.

How do I get a PDF?

Press Print and choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. Choose scale 100% and no margins so the page comes out exact.

Can I remove "Made with VISU"?

Yes. Untick it and the small line leaves the print and the PNG. It is free and needs no account.
