Bulk QR Code Generator

Paste a list or load a CSV with a label and a link on each row. You get one QR code per row, named from its label, all in one ZIP, and a sheet of labelled codes ready to print. Everything is made in your browser.

  • Free
  • No sign-up
  • Runs in your browser

Label, then a comma, a semicolon or a tab, then the link or text to encode. A line with only a link or a text works too: the label is taken from it.

Read in this browser, never uploaded. Up to 500 rows per batch.

Files in the ZIP

Format

PNG for documents, slides and screens. SVG for print shops and design software: it stays sharp at any size.

Print sheet

Paper

The list and the file stay in this browser. Nothing you paste or load is sent to VISU.

Paste a list, load a file or try the example to see your codes here.

Will any of these links change?

The codes in the ZIP are static: each link is written into its code, so a printed code cannot be changed. A dynamic VISU QR points to a short visu.to link: you edit the destination in your account, the printed code keeps working, and VISU shows how many times it was scanned.

Needs a free VISU account. This list is not sent along: you add the links in your account. Dynamic QR codes count toward your plan's limit.

Only need one code?

The QR Code Generator makes a single code with your colours and logo, and also WiFi, contact and email codes. Not sure how big to print? The QR Code Size Calculator gives the size for your scanning distance.

How to use it

  1. Paste your list, one code per line: a label, a comma, then the link or text. Or load a CSV or TXT file exported from Excel or Google Sheets.
  2. Check the preview: how many codes are ready, the file name each one gets, and any row that was skipped.
  3. Choose PNG or SVG, then download the ZIP. Every file is named from its label.
  4. For stickers, tags or table numbers, pick the code size on paper and print the sheet: each code comes with its label under it.
  5. Scan two or three printed codes with your phone before you cut or stick them all.

Examples

  • Restaurant tables

One code per table, labelled "Table 1" to "Table 40", each opening the menu with its table number in the link.

  • Inventory and asset tags

A column of serial numbers or asset IDs becomes a sheet of labelled codes to stick on equipment.

  • Events and classes

A code per room, booth or session that opens its own page, schedule or form.

  • Product packaging

A code per product or batch that points to its manual, warranty or reorder page, delivered to the print shop as SVG files.

Questions

How many QR codes can I make at once?

Up to 500 rows per batch. Every code is drawn and packed in your own browser, so the limit keeps the tab responsive and the ZIP a manageable size, also on a phone. For a longer list, split it and make one ZIP for each part: the file names come from your labels, so the parts fit together.

What format does the list or CSV need?

One code per line with two columns: the label first, then the content. The separator can be a comma, a semicolon or a tab and it is detected for you, so a CSV saved by Excel in Brazil, Spain or Mexico, which uses semicolons, works as it is. A header row such as "label, url" or "name;link" is recognised and skipped, and it also lets you pick the two columns out of a wider sheet. Put a field in double quotes if it contains the separator or a line break. A line with a single column is read as content.

How are the files in the ZIP named?

After the label of each row: "Table 1" becomes "Table 1.png". Accents and emoji are kept. Characters that file systems refuse, such as / \ : * ? " < > |, become a hyphen, and repeated labels get (2), (3) and so on. A row with no label is named after its link, or "qr-" and the row number.

Does the tool change my links?

No. Each code holds exactly what its row says, with only the spaces at both ends removed. A bare domain such as example.com is not turned into https://example.com, so write the full address if you want every phone camera to open it as a link.

Can I change where a code points after printing?

Not with these codes. They are static: the content is written into the code itself. For codes whose destination may change, use a dynamic VISU QR: it points to a short visu.to link, you edit the destination in a free VISU account and VISU shows how many times it was scanned. Dynamic QR codes count toward your plan's limit.

Is my list uploaded anywhere?

No. The list is read, the codes are drawn and the ZIP is packed in your browser. A CSV you load is opened locally and is not sent to VISU or to anyone else.

What size should I print the codes?

The sheet offers codes from 3 to 7 cm. As a rule of thumb, a code scans comfortably from about ten times its width, so 3 cm suits something held in the hand and 7 cm a sign read across a counter. Long content makes denser codes that need more size. For a wall, a window or a banner, use the QR Code Size Calculator on this site, and print at 100% scale.

PNG or SVG?

PNG is an image every program opens: use it in documents, label software and slides, and pick 2048 px when it goes to print. SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size, which is what print shops and design software prefer.
