How this sheet works
A manual contribution list
This sheet records an agreement you make with participants. People cannot reserve items or send responses through the link.
Keep versions clear
Put the update date in the reference field. An exported CSV, printout or link is a copy of that version; none updates another.
Quantities are your plan
Write a quantity and unit, such as 2 trays or 6 bottles. The sheet does not calculate servings or dietary safety.

- Add categories, items, quantities and the person bringing each one. Leave a responsible person blank to fill it later.

Questions
Can everyone edit the same potluck list?
No. Each link opens an independent copy. Collect choices in your usual channel and update your master list manually.
Can I download a PDF?
Use Print / save as PDF and choose Save as PDF in your browser. This tool does not generate a separate PDF download.
Is the snapshot private?
It is not published to a directory, but anyone who receives the link can read its contents. Avoid sensitive notes. Nothing is saved automatically.
Can I leave contributions unassigned?
Yes. Add an item and its quantity, leaving the responsible field blank. Assign it later or print the sheet to collect names by hand.
How many items can I include?
Use up to 100 items. Long sheets add print pages automatically. If a snapshot would be too long for a reliable link, export CSV or print instead.
