Checkers: beat the computer on an 8x8 board

vs bot Classic American checkers against a computer opponent. You play Red, the computer plays Black, and you choose how far ahead it thinks. Free, no download, no sign-up.

How to play

  1. Choose Easy (random moves that prefer captures), Medium (looks 2 moves ahead) or Hard (looks 4 moves ahead).
  2. Tap one of your red pieces, then a highlighted square. Men move diagonally forward.
  3. Jump over an opponent piece to capture it, and keep jumping while you can.
  4. Reach the far row to crown a king, which moves both ways. Capture or block every black piece to win.
