A balance on a reward app is not the same thing as a completed withdrawal. Before pressing cash out, you need five answers: the threshold, the method, the country or account restriction, the conditions and the published delivery window. We checked those fields in primary public documents on September 20, 2026. No new accounts or withdrawals were used.

How This Document Comparison Was Built

This is a dated document study, not a test of which app pays most. We read public help pages, terms and reward explanations from the six companies. For LifePoints and Upside, we also cross-checked the existing VISU article source set. The evidence table records the URL, check date, a short excerpt and a SHA-256 hash when the public HTML could be fetched.

The numeric table below is based on US-facing documents where a company publishes US values. Those numbers must not be transferred to Brazil, Mexico or any other market. A blank or variable field is meaningful: it says the public page does not provide one value that applies to everyone.

A. LifePoints

The public US terms make the catalog the decisive source for value. They say point value depends on the reward chosen, while the US rewards page names PayPal and gift cards. Activity also matters: the terms describe participation within 30 days after joining and within each 90-day period. Because denominations and costs can move with the catalog, we do not print one permanent minimum or delivery promise. For the broader product and eligibility context, see the LifePoints review.

B. Upside

This is the clearest US-only row. Upside names bank transfer and gift cards after removing PayPal from remaining accounts on August 14, 2026. Its help pages separate the $1.01 bank minimum, the fee below $10 and the rule that cash back does not expire while an account is in good standing. The up-to-ten-day statement concerns earning cash back from a transaction, so it is not shown as bank-delivery time. The Upside review covers the service’s US scope and earning flow beyond this cash-out rule snapshot.

C. Prolific

The current participant help resolves an important currency detail. Approved GBP and USD balances can be combined to reach the £6/$6 threshold, and both are sent through PayPal. Prolific says the payment arrives within 24 hours, typically sooner. Accounts with fewer than four cash-outs or a recently changed PayPal address have a 72-hour interval; otherwise the stated interval is 24 hours.

Keep Public Help Links Current

Organize public terms, help pages and program profiles in one public destination. Keep personal invitations and account details private.

D. Swagbucks

The cited US Help Center page names electronic gift cards and PayPal and asks members to allow up to ten business days for delivery. It does not establish a single minimum that covers every reward on that page. The selected denomination and any verification shown to the account therefore remain part of the decision.

E. Freecash

Freecash publishes a first-withdrawal range of $5 to $20 depending on region and requires email and identity verification for that first request. Later thresholds follow the selected method, with the current PayPal guide starting at $5 and stating a fee. The platform also publishes country lists and region-locked gift-card rules. Those separate documents prevent one worldwide line from being treated as universal.

F. Mistplay

Mistplay tells members to use the Shop, where available rewards and unit costs appear for the account. Its disclosure says reward offerings may vary by user, provider and location, and its terms add age, residence and partner restrictions. The help page says processing may take up to 48 hours. Because the shop controls both choice and unit cost, no fixed global minimum is claimed here.

Read Each Row Without Turning It Into a Ranking

The rows answer different questions; they do not measure earnings. LifePoints and Mistplay rely heavily on the catalog shown to an account, so a universal minimum would be misleading. Upside publishes a US bank threshold and fee structure, but the service is US-only. Prolific publishes a combined approved-balance threshold across GBP and USD. Swagbucks publishes a delivery window on its US Help Center page but not one platform-wide minimum there. Freecash publishes a range for the first withdrawal because region matters.

Timing also needs a precise starting point. Upside's ten-day statement concerns a transaction earning cash back, not the later bank delivery. Prolific says a completed cash-out reaches PayPal within 24 hours, typically sooner. Swagbucks asks members to allow up to ten business days for a reward. Mistplay says a pending reward may take up to 48 hours. Freecash distinguishes most listed withdrawals from bank routes. These are company statements, not our measured results.

Check the Catalog Shown to Your Local Account

Start in the reward screen attached to your own account. Confirm the country, currency, denomination, fee and destination that appear immediately before submission. If that screen differs from an older help page, pause and ask the company's support rather than assuming the older value wins.

For Brazil and Spanish-speaking markets, availability is not interchangeable. Upside's row is US context only and is not a recommendation for Brazil or Latin America. Freecash lists PayPal in Brazil and Mexico, but that does not make every cash-out method available to every account. LifePoints uses localized catalogs. Mistplay says offers may vary by user, provider and location. Prolific applies country and PayPal-account checks. Swagbucks members should follow the catalog and rules presented for their registered account.

Keep a Verifiable Request Record

Record four details before confirming: displayed balance, selected denomination, fee and destination identifier. A platform may show an overall balance while allowing only an approved part to move. A gift card may be tied to a country even when the account has other methods. A PayPal option may require the destination country to match the participant record. Read those fields together instead of letting a broad help article override the final screen.

If a request remains pending, use its attached status. Do not treat a typical published time as automatic failure, and do not submit a duplicate only because an email is late. Check account history, the destination inbox and spam folder, then contact official support with the transaction identifier. This preserves a clear record and avoids two requests for the same balance.

Save the page date with any rule you quote. The comparison date shows what was public during this review; it does not freeze a catalog. When a company changes a method, current help and the account screen should replace an older article or screenshot. The evidence table is a route back to the source, not a substitute for it.

A Six-Step Check Before You Request a Reward

  1. Open the official reward or cash-out screen, not a search-result snippet.
  2. Confirm the threshold for the exact method and denomination you want.
  3. Check fees and calculate the amount that will actually reach the destination.
  4. Verify that the destination account, email, country and currency match the published conditions.
  5. Separate pending earnings from approved or withdrawable balance.
  6. Save the confirmation and use the company status page before submitting a duplicate request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which app has the lowest cash-out minimum?

This comparison does not declare one winner. Several minimums vary by market, method or account catalog, so compare the exact options shown to your account.

Is the US table valid in Brazil or Mexico?

No. US values are labeled as US context and must not be transferred to another country. Use the localized catalog and regional terms.

Does Upside still offer PayPal?

Upside says PayPal was removed from all remaining accounts on August 14, 2026. Its current public help points to bank transfer and gift cards.

Can I combine GBP and USD on Prolific?

Prolific’s August 2026 help page says the combined approved balances may reach the £6/$6 threshold with a mix of both currencies.

Why is there no fixed LifePoints or Mistplay minimum here?

Their public documents direct members to account-specific catalogs or shops. Publishing one fixed number would overstate what the sources support.

Are the delivery times guaranteed?

No. They are windows or descriptions published by the companies. Account review, method, bank handling and other conditions can affect an individual request.
